What equipment do you supply?
We manufacture the Alchemy range for commercial kitchens and supply a comprehensive range of top brands at competitive prices.
Do you build hospitality venues?
Yes. We have permanent teams proficient in all aspects of hospitality specific construction, and we specialize in turnkey projects.
What warranties do you provide?
All of our equipment carries a minimum of a one year guarantee. We also have authorized repairers available nationwide to assist with warranty claims and call outs.
Can I Re-order?
Yes you can! Register as a member online, and easily order directly from our website. Should you require recurring delivery, then this can be automated for your convenience, based on the nature and volume of the order.
What methods of payment do you accept for equipment?
We accept electronic transfers and direct deposits. Payment terms are strictly C.B.D. (cash before delivery) unless otherwise agreed to by Caterzone in writing.

How do I pay for turnkey projects and related services?
As with all other fields of business, hospitality and food service venues differ greatly in terms of the size of operation, nature of the concept and extent of assistance required. Once we have received your enquiry, one of our associates will contact you, and visit you on site if necessary to determine the nature and extent of the assistance you need.
